Food too has healing powers!


We are what we eat and food too ha healing powers. The right kind of food depends on your body type and also your work schedule. Nevertheless here is a list of food we all should incorporate in our daily lives:

  • Vegetables such as broccoli for their high concentration of water, minerals, and fiber.
  • Fruits such as citrus, strawberries, and apricots; they are excellent source of vitamins and help eliminate toxins from the body.
  • Dried fruits, which contain vitamins and antioxidants, and give you energy
  • Grains such as oats and wheat, which give you energy and contain minerals
  • Olive oil, for its antioxidant effects that show in your skin.
  • Red wine,in moderation for its antioxidant properties.
