South Indian has always spruced up my taste buds and the experience is always soothing. Maybe it be Idli Sambhar, Dosa, Rasam, Vada and the variety of chutneys.it’s always a pleasure to have the cuisine. There are a myriad of flavours which add so much versatility to the food and you’ll never have enough of it.
