In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives we tend to forget that we are running around after others and not paying attention to ourselves. There are times when we don’t realise that we exist and that our mind and body needs care and nurturing. Self-love is of utmost importance and it is not selfish at all to love yourself first. Sometimes when we are in anger we treat ourselves badly and end up being unhappy. If we take out the frustration on ourselves, we will harm our own body and soul. The first thing is self-respect and self-love. Once you respect yourself people will respect you and you will in return respect them and the outcome will be mutual understanding and happiness.We should not feel guilty for whatever is happening and not blame ourselves for our circumstances all the time.
