The mind is constantly thinking and especially in adverse situations we tend to lose control of the mind and start thinking negative. Mental resilience is a gradual process where we increase our positive thinking capacity and can withstand any storm in our life strongly, without giving up. For this we need to take charge of our emotions too and become resilient so as we can take the right decisions which are driven by our mind and not by our emotions.
