The mind is a mysterious thing and plays games with us if we don’t train it. It makes us think what we don’t want to think and we come under it’s control rather we controlling it. So we need to train the mind to think good thoughts because we become what we think. It is a difficult task undoubtedly as the mind tends to wander here and there and to bring it back to track is what causes stress. That’s why we need to meditate and try to empty the mind of frivolous thoughts and harness it with positive thoughts. The mind is a complicated organ and to conquer it needs lot of practice. Gradually it can be trained and become more resilient and loving. The only thing that is required is dedication and determination. If you think you can nothing is impossible!
