Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled raw mango seeds
- 1/2 tsp saunf
- 1/2 tsp nigella or kalonji seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
- In a pan take some oil.
- When the oil heats, add the saunf and kalonji.
- Now add the raw mangoes and stir well.
- Add some water and let it boil.
- Now add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
- Let it cook for a while.
- Your lunji is ready.
