- Cheese grated – 4 cubes
- Chopped onion, capsicum and tomatoes – 1 tbsp each
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Some oregano powder
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp
- Bread – 4 slices
- Mix all the vegetables together.
- Now add the grated cheese, some salt and pepper.
- Add some olive oil and oregano powder.
- Mix everything properly.
- Finally spread the mixture evenly on top of all the bread slices.
- Bakes them in an oven till the cheese becomes brown.
