Chenna Toast


  • Cottage cheese crumbled
  • One onion, capsicum and tomato finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread


  1. Take a pan and heat some oil.
  2. Once the oil is heated add the onions and capscicum.
  3. Once the onions turn brown add the tomatoes.
  4. Stir them well till the tomatoes turn soft.
  5. Now add the cottage cheese.
  6. Add some salt and pepper.
  7. Stir fry the mixture for a few minutes.
  8. Now take two slices of bread and stuff the mixture in the middle.
  9. Now put them in a sandwich maker and finally your chenna toast it ready.
