Sift gram flor. Mix gram flour, semolina, water, oil, salt, sugar, turmeric , chilli paste and ginger paste to a smooth batter of a thin pouring consistency. Add eno and soda. Add a few drops of lemon juice, Beat well for a few seconds.
Immediately pour this mixture in the steamer or a dish. Steam for nearly 20 minutes till the dhoklas are soft.
For tempering mix oil, chillies, mustard seeds, water, sugar and lemon juice.
Pour over the dhokla.
Cut into pieces and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
