Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup moong sprouts; soaked and steamed
- 1/2 cup french beans, blanched and chopped into bits
- 1/ cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded
- 1 cup spring onion coarsely chopped
- 2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Rock salt ans cumin seeds to taste
Preparation:
- Toss all the ingredients together
- Garnish with coriander leaves
