Lehsun Chutney


  • Garlic (Lehsun), thick cloves – 15 to 16
  • Red chilli powder 2tbsp
  • White vinegar 4tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil


  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan; saute the garlic paste for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Cool and preserve.
