- Garlic (Lehsun), thick cloves – 15 to 16
- Red chilli powder 2tbsp
- White vinegar 4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil
- Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and blend to a smooth paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan; saute the garlic paste for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Cool and preserve.
