Rajasthani Menu


The menu is a mix of traditional Rajasthani especially Marwari dishes. The rich cultural heritage and the variety of Rajasthani cusine has continued to enchant me and motivate me to try something new . My roots are from Rajasthan and I thoroughly enjoy the different condiments add spice the already special dishes it has to offer.


Mains

Papad Mangori
Traditional Marwari dish made from papad and lentils.

Sangar ki sabzi
Traditional Marwari dish made from dry vegetable called Sangri which is found abundantly in Rajasthan

Dal bati churma
Unique combination of mixed lentils and a traditonal dish called”bati” and a sweet called”churma”

Dal Ka Paratha
A unique combination of rotis made from Moong dal and traditional spices.

Kadhi
A spicy and sour dish made form curd and besan. You’ll love it.

Patli Mangori
A simple but delicious recipe made from potatoes and curd.

Panchmela Dal
Traditional Marwari dish made from lentils.

Bajra Ki Roti
Traditional Marwari dish made from bajra or buckwheat.

Aamras
Unique combination of mixed bajra and curd.

Urad Kachori
A perfect combination of black gram and semolina.

Dahi Pakodi
A spicy and sour dish made form curd and besan pakoras. You’ll love it.

Kesariya Bhaat
A simple but delicious recipe made from rice and saffron.



Desserts

Badam Halwa
A classic dessert made from Almonds and ghee. Simply exotic!

Moong dal Halwa
A delicacy so tasty and a perfect dish for winters made from Moong dal or lentils.

Aam Sandesh
Cottage Cheese fudge stuffed with mango

Churma
Crushed wheat flour cakes with pistachios

Gond Laddu
Laddus are my all time favourite and goond laddus will make anyone’s mouth drool.

Kheer
Rich and creamy rice pudding
