Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise veg or egg – 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp grated cabbage
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 slices of wheat or white bread
Preparation:
- Mix all the vegetables properly with the mayonnaise to make a fine paste
- Take 2 slices of bread and cut the sides.
- On one slice of bread spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly
- Cover the slice with the other slice of bread
- Now cut it diagonally and your mayonnaise sandwich is ready to eat!
