Mayonnaise sandwich


  • Mayonnaise veg or egg – 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp grated cabbage
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 slices of wheat or white bread


  1. Mix all the vegetables properly with the mayonnaise to make a fine paste
  2. Take 2 slices of bread and cut the sides.
  3. On one slice of bread spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly
  4. Cover the slice with the other slice of bread
  5. Now cut it diagonally and your mayonnaise sandwich is ready to eat!
