- 1 cup finely chopped methi or fenugreek leaves
- 1 and 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Mix all the ingredients together to form a fine dough.
- Roll out each ball into a roti shape and put it on the tawa.
- Put some ghee on one side and once it is done flip it over.
- Put some ghee and cook it till it turns golden brown.
- Serve it hot with curd or any vegetable curry.
