Methi parantha


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped methi or fenugreek leaves
  • 1 and 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a fine dough.
  2. Roll out each ball into a roti shape and put it on the tawa.
  3. Put some ghee on one side and once it is done flip it over.
  4. Put some ghee and cook it till it turns golden brown.
  5. Serve it hot with curd or any vegetable curry.
